Network Systems Troubleshooting, Setup, and Configuration: Accrescendi can troubleshoot network issues, set up new network devices (using graphical user interfaces), and configure them for optimal performance.               b. DNS Updates for Technical Requirements: Accrescendi can manage the Domain Name System (DNS) settings for our clients. For example, during migration to Microsoft 365, adding DMARC records to enhance email security.

               c. Systems Migration to Microsoft 365 Cloud: This service assists businesses in transitioning their systems (email, documents, collaboration tools) to Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365). It ensures a smooth migration while maintaining data integrity.

               d. Legacy and Modern Application Support and Troubleshooting: We provide support for both legacy (older) and modern applications. Accrescendi troubleshoots issues, apply patches, and ensure compatibility across different software versions.

First line deals with basic user inquiries, second line handles more complex problems, and third line addresses specialized issues related to infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, desktops, and mobile devices.

     3. Security services – Accrescendi offers security services to clients to give assurance on security measures in place and implementing additional protection as required

                a. Veeam Backup Implementation: Veeam is a backup and disaster recovery solution. Accrescendi implements and configures Veeam to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.

                 b. Sophos Intercept X Implementation: Sophos Intercept X is an advanced endpoint protection solution. Accrescendi deploys and configures it to safeguard against malware, ransomware, and other threats on clients platforms.

                 c. Security Improvements to Systems: Accrescendi continuously enhances security in our clients’ systems by implementing best practices, conducting vulnerability assessments, and applying security patches. This includes securing servers, networks, and endpoints.
